Third-party platforms (including Google, Meta, Justdial, and IndiaMART) maintain independent algorithmic policies, indexing criteria, and ad review guidelines that operate outside third-party control.
3. Client Intellectual Property
All logos, product images, brand trademarks, and proprietary business materials provided by the client remain the sole property of the client.
